Our workforce incubator in Hayward will house the full scope of our efforts in curriculum, teacher, student and employer services. As a result our students will develop innovative and intrapreneurial mindsets to better prepare them for the future economy.

Industry Partners
Our industry partners are the cornerstone of our delivery. We partner with them to develop curriculum, train teachers, engage classrooms and provide positions in their companies.
Teachers
Teachers are the hubs for our workforce incubators, building direct relationships with our industry partners through training, coordinating classroom experiences and student employment opportunities
Students
Students receive the full benefit of our workforce incubators. They receive direct engagement with industry partners in the classroom and have the opportunity to obtain positions with our industry partners.
Partnerships
We spend the time to develop invaluable partnerships with our industry partners. Our signed agreements with our partners enable us to spend their hours on our workforce incubators.
Curriculum
We source and design curriculum with our industry partners to create living curriculum that is relevant and responsive to the everchanging market. Our partnership with Alameda County Office of Education supports the processes of design and accreditation of this curriculum to be University of California approved.
Teachers
Our industry partners and Alameda County Office of Education support in teacher professional development opportunities to train teachers on how to use the tools and platforms of our industry partners through trainings, workshops and externships
Students
Complimenting the living curriculum, students will experience direct engagement with industry partners through guest speakers, informational interviews, workshops, project advisory, and other powerful experiences that share the perspective of real industry experiene.
Employment
We work with our industry partners to assemble employment opportunities for our students whether it be a paid or unpaid opportunity. This includes jobs, internships, fellowships and other creative work-based learning models that work for both industry and student resource.
